The staff were genuinely outstanding, always smiling and eager to help with recommendations. The location was excellent, with nearby access to buses and restaurants. I particularly appreciated the mountain view from my room, which greatly enhanced my stay.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free wi-fi in public areas, luggage storage, and a tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local info, which I remember. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for a city trip.

We enjoyed the close proximity to Chamonix's other ski areas via the public shuttle, just a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was worthy of praise, with a solid selection that kept our hungry crew happy, especially with fruits and pastries.

My wife says that they should add hot options for breakfast.

The boot room was super convenient for our ski gear, and the staff really made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, keeping us fueled for our adventures. We loved hopping on the public shuttle, just 50m away, to explore areas like Servoz and Le Tour. Perfect for skiing or hiking!

The Twin Comfort room had a fab view of the mountains, super cozy and clean. The shower was great, and I loved the daily bed service! Only downside was that it felt a bit cramped for space overall. Other than that, the location was perfect for hitting the slopes!
